We do not price match if our price changed after you have booked the test. Switching test type is subjected to $20 service fees. There will be NO REFUNDS for missed appointments (no-shows) for any services. **CANCELLATION POLICY** Fees are non-refundable, however, if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, we can offer a PARTIAL REFUND (minus $50 service fees per test) as a courtesy and understanding that sometimes events are outside your control. We will not adjust any test results as they are outside of our control. It is not valid for travel, so you may need to repeat the test. “Indeterminate” result is one of the three possible results that you may receive. A+ Travel Tests is not responsible for any damages or costs due to a delay or denial of travel. Unfortunately, due to situations out of our control, A+ Travel Tests cannot guarantee the exact completion date and time as we have no control of the testing process at LifeLabs. We strive to provide you with your report and certificate as soon as possible. (If you took your test on the weekends and Stat holiday, the result could take up to 30 hours to report for PCR tests) Average reporting time at 24 hours or the next day for PCR saliva or nasal. Typically the report is completed within 24-36 hours for PCR tests. Please confirm with the airline of the exact requirement test date and time before making an appointment with us.
